Lauren Wasserman, President of the Board
Lauren Wasserman has 11 years of experience in affordable housing, purchasing, rehabilitating and preserving affordable housing communities across the United States. She is the Vice President of Operations at AGM Management, where she oversees the management of 2,500 affordable housing units. She has successfully obtained loans, grants, tax credit equity, and other types of investment to recapitalize affordable housing properties. She also is an operating partner in five multifamily properties comprising 499 units across five states. Prior to joining AGM, Lauren was an investment banking analyst at Citigroup Global Investment Bank. She graduated from Brown University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics.
Tania Yuki, Board Member
Tania Yuki is founder and CEO of Shareablee, a leading provider of social content analytics for business. She has spent most of her career in digital marketing, measurement and analytics, and was recently honored with a Great Mind Award from the Advertising Research Foundation and featured in Fast Company and Forbes as one of 12 women driving digital in New York. Tania began her career as a media and internet attorney, specializing in digital rights management, IP and film financing. After moving to the US from Australia she was seduced by digital and went on to run an online video content network as head of acquisitions and branding and has also led product management for comScore’s Video Metrix, the world’s leading online video ratings service. Tania is also the founder of wimlink, an organization that holds regular events and seminars promoting entrepreneurship, leadership and the professional development of women.
Shauna Kwok, Board Member
Shauna Kwok is a Registered Nurse in the General Otolaryngology Division of the University of California, San Francisco, Mission Bay Campus. She graduated with a Masters of Science in Nursing from UCSF in June 2014. Shauna has a particular interest in interpretation and bilingual patients. In 2013 and 2014, she worked with clinical faculty from Stanford University and faculty from Hospital Escuela Oscar Danilo Rosales Arguello in Leon, Nicaragua to develop simulation-based obstetrical training for Nicaraguan medical students and residents. As part of this program, she interpreted for Stanford faculty to supervise and support Nicaraguan clinical faculty in the implementation of curricula. Shauna earned her Bachelors of Biopsychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2006.
